SPE and the SPE Injection Molding Division’s IMPACT: Injection Molding Performance Awards honor the most groundbreaking plastic parts developed through injection molding, spotlighting achievements on both a national and international scale. If you’re pushing the boundaries of creativity and engineering in the plastics industry, this is your opportunity to show your best work!
• Entries must be plastics parts in active commercial production
• Parts must have been introduced within the past 24 months
• All entries must use injection molding processes
• Students! Student concepts/prototypes are welcome! Student prototypes need not be in commercial production but concepts must use the injection molding process.

Additional Entries: $99 for each additional entry
Student Prototype/Concept entry: No Charge

A blue-ribbon panel of industry-leading judges will be looking for the WOW! factor, evaluating each submission based on:
• Design: Good design practice, no flash, no sink marks, no warpage, etc.
• Customer Needs: Meets customer business expectations with good market performance.
• Innovation: Creative in problem-solving, use of new materials, cutting edge applications and manufacturing techniques.
• Human Centered: Human factors and benefits; improves quality of life.
• Aesthetics: Highest aesthetics in form, function, and color.
• Sustainability: Reduces negative impact on health, society, and the environment.
