Cores in injection moulding tools generally have to be cooled. For conventional temperature control the cooling channel bores have very little space available. Plug baffles provide the optimum solution for this.

Resistant to chemicals
The baffles are noted for their high chemical resistance, and can be easily cut to the relevant length. They also feature optical recognition of the baffle alignment and, through an internal thread, can be easily and quickly dismantled.
